As far as the Office's Customer Service is concern, I must say that they are doing extraordinary great job, they are so friendly and helpful in any situations, Mr. Steve and Ms. Melenie are truly such a wonderful and dedicated people that I am so proud of. This is a wonderful place to call home, we love the fact that it is very well maintained and everyone from Management to Service Technician is respectful and patient. Maintenance and other calls are answered in a timely manner, and everyone is very genuine and really do their best to ensure that we are comfortable and happy to call this our home. We just renewed our lease last month and could not be happier with the staff here at the heights. I posted a review 6 months into our lease and needed to share how amazing everyone here is and how easy of a decision staying another year was. Steve at the leasing center is amazing. He is extremely professional and always has a solution to everything. He also has amazing follow up. The maintenance team is also top notch. They respond quickly and have provided great service.
