The Heights at Chino Hills

We are living in this community for 2 years. We love the environment and the apartment. The leasing office people are kind and helpful specially Steve. Highly recommended.

We live in the Heights at Chino Hills and the entire staff here have always been kind & helpful. Recently, our washing machine stopped working, I sent a email through the resident portal before the office was open and they sent Gus right away, he quickly fixed the washing machine in one visit.

As far as the Office's Customer Service is concern, I must say that they are doing extraordinary great job, they are so friendly and helpful in any situations, Mr. Steve and Ms. Melenie are truly such a wonderful and dedicated people that I am so proud of. They understand your concerns and try the best to help and support. They go beyond the expectations to help. I wish the maintenance department would be as good as these outstanding customer service from office too.

For more than five years, I have resided at the Heights in Chino Hills, and it has been a delightful experience. The staff is pleasant and supportive, always available to address any concerns. Upon relocating from another part of the country (without physically seeing the apartment beforehand), I was met with a fully refurbished unit that was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for my comfort.

This is a wonderful place to call home, we love the fact that it is very well maintained and everyone from Management to Service Technician is respectful and patient. Maintenance and other calls are answered in a timely manner, and everyone is very genuine and really do their best to ensure that we are comfortable and happy to call this our home. We have been here for over 10 years and really enjoy it, this is a clean and safe place.

We just renewed our lease last month and could not be happier with the staff here at the heights. I posted a review 6 months into our lease and needed to share how amazing everyone here is and how easy of a decision staying another year was. Steve at the leasing center is amazing. He is extremely professional and always has a solution to everything. He also has amazing follow up. The maintenance team is also top notch. They respond quickly and have provided great service.
